Survey on draft High-level guidance regarding policy considerations on responsible innovation and adoption of blockchain and other DLTs

The OECD Secretariat is seeking stakeholder input on draft definitions and elements of high-level guidance on policy considerations to support responsible innovation and adoption of blockchain. Stakeholders have been provided with a current working draft document with a view to allowing for substantive analysis and comment. 

Following the present consultation, the draft elements will be discussed further, together with input received from this consultation, by the OECD’s Committee on Financial Markets and Committee on Digital Economy Policy in the context of their ongoing work on blockchain, including their consideration of the development of high-level guidance on responsible blockchain innovation and adoption.

The OECD is committed to protecting the personal data it processes, in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Rules.
